Atlantis was granted "The most original Christmas and New Year decoration" at the Municipal contest of Burgas.

Atlantis Developments started the building of the new complex Atlantis Residence. The rough building will be finished until the end of  2011. Sector Building and Projects is planning the complex to be completed for summer season 2012.
Atlantis Residence will be situated in Sarafovo - the most beautiful quarter of Bourgas. The building will be situated only 300 meters from the sea coast and a few minutes from Bourgas airport and the city. The complex will be suitable for clients, who want to acquire a constant residence, or a holiday home. Atlantis Residence will consist of almost 50 apartments from the following types: studio; one bedroom apartment; two bedrooms apartment.

Because of its location Atlantis complex is extremely suitable for organizing conferences, company meetings and other events, but it also offers comfort, services and facilites to its clients.

Bolgarskii Dom Magazine celebrated its third birthday in Atlantis Complex. During the event a charity initiative to give a child to a Bulgarian family was implemented. Donations amounting to 2000lv. were collected at the birthday. Atlantis Developments&Hotels, Hyundai, Domaine Boyar and Master House were among the donors.
