Sarafovo has a unique coast and beach line. The beach is 4 kms long. The sand is fine and it is pretty similar to this one on the beach in Pomorie. There are some places where the sand is almost black, due to the fact that it is rich in iron, mangan and magnesium. It assembles the sun, its temperature gets high very quickly and it has some healing qualities. Beacuase of its situation, the water in the bay of Bourgas is very pleasant for bathing until the end of October, which gives the opportunity to make the touristic season longer. The sea bottom is flat and it is very suitable for nonexperienced swimmers and children. 

Because of the slight wind the conditions are perfect for practicing windsurfing or kitesurfing. 

The influence of the Black sea is essential for the climate in the resort. Its typical cnaracteristics are mild winter, fresh summer and a long and warm autum. The air is clear, because of the lack of factories and industrial pollution. 

The perfect combination of sun, sea and convenient transport makes Sarafovo an attractive resort. Sarafovo is growing and developing constantly. The number of hotels and pubs is getting bigger every day and every touristic season. This gives the possibility for more and more people to come and spend their unforgettable holiday at the Black sea coast. The great devopment of the tourism is due to Bourgas airport, which is only a kilometer from Sarafovo, but also to the close distance to Pomorie (7 kms) and Sunny Beach (25kms).
